Our electronic medical record allows us to “e-prescribe” most of your child’s medications.
Please help us help you by requesting prescription refills at least 1 (one) full business day in advance. Please allow 5 (five) full business days for controlled substance refills (e.g., many ADHD medications). While every effort will be made to expedite your request, we cannot guarantee processing of prescription refills in less than the time frame outlined above.

After Hours Refills

Except under rare circumstances, refill requests are processed during regular office hours. Our on call providers may not have your child’s history available to them after hours to review potentially important safety issues such as drug interactions.
Please be aware that it is the office policy that antibiotics are not called in after hours if the patient has not been seen in our office within the past week. This policy is in place to protect your child from being erroneously given inadequate treatment for a more severe infection that could be brewing under the surface. We appreciate your understanding with regard to this matter.
