Healthy Summer Snacking: Yogurt Pops from USDA
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces low-fat/greek yogurt (plain)
- ¾ cups favorite fresh fruit juice
Instructions:
- Place the yogurt and juice in a bowl
- Stir together well
- Pour the mixture into small paper cup
- Stick a popsicle stick in the center of the mixture in the cup
- Place the cups in the freezer for 4-6 hours
*Options for great flavor mixes for your pops:
- Lemon yogurt with orange juice
- Vanilla yogurt with raspberry juice
