Greek Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:Greek yogurt pops

  • 6 Ounces yogurt (preferably Greek or plain)
  • ¾ Cup favorite fruit juice (100{befdba4182f3c787aee963483850a4342ef84bf1e310108c6baa4826243a6545} with no added sugar)

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt and the juice in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 3-ounce (bathroom) paper cups.
  3. Stick a Popsicle stick into the center of the mixture in the cup.
  4. Place the cups in the freezer until frozen solid (at least 4 hours or overnight)

 

  • This is a great dessert that your kids can help with or even complete independently
  • Contains vitamins A and C, calcium, and protein
  • Serving size is 1 pop and contains roughly 60 calories (depending on the juice and yogurt choice)
