Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:brown rice pilaf

  • 1 & ½ Cups brown rice
  • 3 Cups water
  • ¼ Cup almonds (chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • ½ Teaspoon garlic powder/fresh, minced garlic
  • Black pepper to taste



  1. Place all ingredients in large pot/rice cooker and cook until the water evaporates (about 30 minutes).
  2. Fluff with a fork and serve.
