Avocado, Corn, Bean Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 Cups of salad greens
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Can corn, drained and rinsed
- 2 Cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ Cup cilantro
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- 1 Lime
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the avocado.
- Combine the salad greens, avocado, corn, black beans, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss everything together and set aside.
- Chop cilantro and add olive oil to it. Add the juice from 1 lime to the oil mixture and whisk until mixed.
- Just before serving, pour mixture over salad and toss well.
